Users are advised to verify information with the respective dining establishment before making decisions.

6. **Liability Limitations:** Food Wise is not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of the app, including reliance on allergen information provided by dining establishments or users.

7. **Third-Party Links:** The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. Food Wise does not endorse or have control over these external sites and is not responsible for their content or actions.
